About the Hoperation Fund
The Hoperation Fund is a student-led charitable investment fund committed to raising capital, investing in the stock market, and directing its profits to often-overlooked nonprofits, especially those supporting human welfare, environmental protection, and education in underserved communities.
At the same time, we seek to bridge the gap between school and real life by helping students develop essential financial skills that are often overlooked in traditional education, including saving, budgeting, and investing, so they are better prepared to take charge of their financial future.

(June, 2026) The Hoperation Fund will hold its monthly meeting on Sunday, June 7. During the meeting, members will continue exploring key investing topics, including commodities and commodity ETFs, bonds and bond ETFs, and Portfolio Design 101. In addition, President Olivia will give a talk titled “Large Language Models for Stock Price Forecasting From a Hedge-Fund Perspective,” based on her research paper published at the IEEE Conference on Artificial Intelligence.
