About the Hoperation Fund
The Hoperation Fund is a student-led charitable investment fund committed to raising capital, investing in the stock market, and directing its profits to often-overlooked nonprofits, especially those supporting human welfare, environmental protection, and education in underserved communities.
At the same time, we seek to bridge the gap between school and real life by helping students develop essential financial skills that are often overlooked in traditional education, including saving, budgeting, and investing, so they are better prepared to take charge of their financial future.

(May 3, 2026) The Hoperation Fund will hold its monthly meeting on Sunday, May 3. During the meeting, members will continue learning about key investing topics, including S&P 500 sectors, sector ETFs, commodities and commodity ETFs, and bonds and bond ETFs.
(May 2, 2026) The Hoperation Fund is excited to announce a new fundraising initiative at Plano AsiaFest on May 2, 2026. At our booth, we will host a book resale featuring donated books, textbooks, children’s books, and educational materials. The theme of this fundraiser is Kenya Relief, and proceeds will help support children in Kenya.
